Steven R. Gray, President

Steven is a nationally known respected expert in roofing consultation providing forensic investigations, systems expertise, expert witness and testimony and roofing consultations. A diverse base of clientele value Steven's comprehensive knowledge for roof inspections, surveys, analysis, testing, troubleshooting and roof designs. Steven has provided design and specification development for new and existing construction projects including innovative green and LEED roofing projects.

Steven is a graduate of Washington University of St. Louis' School of Architecture.

With more than 34 years experience in the roofing industry Steven offers knowledge from all aspects of roofing – working on the front lines of some of our country's most catastrophic weather events providing first response forensic analysis and redesign of large complex commercial and industrial roof systems and as lead/foreman for large roofing contractors installing commercial, industrial, residential and historical roof systems. Steven offers unmatched expertise that delivers the finest and most comprehensive roof consulting services available.

Christopher R Demien, Director of Operations

Christopher has been with Grayco since 2008 and is involved in the day to day business operations, field inspections and report production for numerous claims and onsite inspections that Grayco is involved with on a regular basis. Christopher is a graduate of Central Missouri State University and attends and completes RCI and related continuing education classes and is working towards his RRO and RRC certifications.

Michael J. Trower, Field Technician

Michael joined Grayco in 2010 and as a Field Technician is involved in the documentation, analysis and production of reports detailing the numerous onsite inspections that that he is part of on a daily basis from all locations across the country. Michael is a graduate of Central Missouri State University and worked for many years in the Civil Engineering field before becoming part of the Grayco team. Michael attends and completes RCI and related continuing education classes and is working towards his RRO and RRC certifications.

Joseph Mileti, RRC, RRO - Consultant

Joseph Mileti has been in the commercial roofing industry since 1982. Joe spent most of his career with membrane and insulation manufacturers, managing technical service departments and resolving warranty claims prior to joining Grayco. While at Johns Manville, he was a primary presenter for the industry acclaimed BURSI program which is the anachronism of Better Understanding of Roof Systems Institute. Joe holds the Registered Roof Consultant and Registered Roof Observer professional designation from RCI Inc., in addition to Haag Engineering's Certified Roof Inspector and the state of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation's Roofing Contractor Qualifying Party designation. Joe is 1980 graduate of Miami University of Ohio.
